Sizing

Garments are made to fit true to size. To see actual garment measurements, view each product page. 

Material Care

iver & isla's merino wool knit garments are machine washable on a delicate cycle or alternatively, you can hand wash in cool water.  We recommend using Eucalan or Laundress Wool & Cashere and laying flat to dry. Store in a breathable cotton zip garment bag with lavender or cedar in the off-season. 

iver & isla's cotton knit and jersey garments are machine washable on a delicate cycle and air drying is recommended. 

Return Policy

You may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items for a full refund 15 days from date of delivery and for store credit up to 30 days from date of delivery. Please email hello@iverandisla.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

All sale items are final sale.

All international orders are final sale.

Pre-order items (where the items are made just for you) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Fees

Domestic orders - Standard shipping is USPS or UPS for $12. Lighter parcels will have the option for USPS first class shipping at $7. Domestic Orders over $250 ship free. 

International orders - Shipping outside of the US starts at $18 and goes up depending on weight of parcel and delivery location. Orders over $400 ship free.

Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages returned due to refusal to pay duties will not be refunded.
